  • Works as a Camera operator, Focus Puller, Gaffer and DP for Director of Photography (DP) on large scale branded spots, celeb covers, social, pilots, documentary, comedy spots



  • Oversees the freelance 2nd AC camera crew on branded campaigns



  • Built various camera and lighting set-ups for editorial and branded series



  • Editorial DP for various celebrity covers such as Andie MacDowell, Chris Appleton, Shania Twain, Huda Beauty, Michaela Jae, just to name a few



  • Fill in DP for branded campaigns such as Duracell, Macys, Plan B, Lexus, Dairy Queen, Dove, CW... just to name a few



  • 2nd Camera operator, 1st Assistant Camera and DIT'd for branded campaigns such as Fendi, JCPenney, Macys, Bertolli, Lunchables, Nature's Way, just to name a few



  • Maintains the organization of all Production inventory i.e professional cameras, lights, sound



  • Collaborates with the in-house DP on gear maintenance, research on streamline gear, gear prep, helps construct camera guides, and coordinates gear for shoots/ staff shipments



  • Ensures that all production hard-drives are accounted, formatted and sent out per request



  • Trains video fellows/ colleagues how to use the in-house equipment



  • Edited videos across BDG's editorial and branded catalog. Delivers/ Archives finished edits. Color graded for brands such as Walmart, Sephora, e.l.f, and celebrity cover shoots with Alicia Keys, Lily Collins, Maya Hawke, and Pauline Chalamet... Provides feedback about color grades to editors and sends presets for editors to work off.


MEDIA CONTENT MANAGER/ SHOOTER AT 
HANK WILLIS THOMAS STUDIOS

  • Media- managed all video content from in and outside the art installation.

  • Shot content for an art piece called “In search of the truth (Truth Booth) USA tour, a portable, inflatable video recording studio in the shape of a giant speech bubble.

  • Scouted out locations to shoot in depth interviews about what truth meant to Americans in 2016.


POST-PRODUCTION ASSISTANT-

WALT DISNEY PICTURES-

QUEEN OF KATWE

  • Created up to date Continuity Sheets that was used by the whole Picture and Sound department, delivered drives, sent out all of the Picture department's time cards to the Post- Production Supervisor. Revised the script as per the edit.

  •  Created temporary end crawl (Screen credits) on Photoshop and after effects for client.

  • Retouched color on selected Set Photos.

HOUSE MANAGER/ TEACHER'S ASSISTANT/ SHOOTER AT MAYSLES DOCUMENTARY CENTER

  • In-charge of setting up and closing up Indie Documentary screenings and events that occurred at Maysles Documentary Center

  • Shot cinema verite style along side Director/ Cinematographer Albert Maysles

  • Assisted the Director of Education with teaching Final Cut Pro 7 and Cinema Verite camera operating to WNET/Thirteen staff, in-house Teen Producer Academy, NYCHAT program and in-house Community Producers program. 

  • Maintained the organization of inventory in the in-house gear-room.


FREELANCE VIDEOGRAPHER, PHOTOGRAPHER AND VIDEO EDITOR

  •  Independently contracted to conceived media (stills and video) for a short period of time for companies such as Babolat, Tribeca Film Festival, WNET13, Peloton, EmblemHealth just to name a few...

SKILLS: 

  • Proficient in building and operating with camera bodies such as: Arri Amira, Arri Alexa Mini LF, Red Dragon, Sony FS7, Sony FX9, DSLRs, Canon C300, and Canon r5c

  • Competent in working with wireless follow focus units such as: Arri WCU-4, Arri Hi-5, Arri SXU-1, Tilta Nucleus M

  • Experienced in shooting, producing and directing documentary/ narrative films 

  • Creates and executes shot lists in collaboration with director, clients, and producers 

  • Confident in shooting for vertical (TikTok, Reels), square (Instagram) and wide (YouTube) Short/ long form (films/ series). Shooting in 2K/ 4K/ FF 5K/ 6K/ 8K

  • Ample experience in color grading in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Lightroom and Premiere

  • Effective in setting up three-point light, soft/hard light, and interview set ups.

  • Assistant Editor on a scripted short film for Brewer Media called Ruta Viva, about a family spends that the night arguing over politics, a sudden death forces them to work together

EXHIBITION AT THE CRANBROOK ART MUSEUM 2016

  • Shot photography and edited a video art installation piece called The Truth is I hear you for Hank Willis Thomas Studios.

FILM SCREENING AT VENICE FILM FESTIVAL 2016

  • Assistant Editor on a documentary short film about the beauty and need for Mira Nair’s school in Kampala, Uganda for Venice Film Festival 2016

FILM SCREENING AT TRIBECA FILM FESTIVAL 2014

  • Assistant Editor for two films called " A Fork A Spoon and A Knight" and “The Truth Is I Hear You” that featured in the Power of Words program

FILM SCREENING AT TRIBECA FILM FESTIVAL 2014

  • Produced, shot, directed and edited a documentary short film called Frisly, about the life of an undocumented teenager and his journey to pass the New York Dream Act.


  • This film won the Creative Excellence Award 

FILM SCREENING AT MOMA 2013

  • Co-directed and edited a documentary short called Triggering Wounds which tells the moving real-life story of a man from Harlem coming to terms with the impact of gun violence on his life and his community.
